Posterior axillary fold
Deep muscles of the chest and front of the arm, with the boundaries of the axilla.

The posterior axillary fold is a compound structure consisting of the latissimus dorsi and teres major muscles.[1]

It forms a portion of the border of the axilla.

It can descend after weight loss.[2]
